- The insurance process can be extended if requested by the institution/organization where the internship is held. Procedures will be carried out for students who send an e-mail to eemstaj@eskisehir.edu.tr of the dates specified in the application and to be extended. If the internship institution/organization does not request a date change, the days within the scope of the administrative leave will be automatically added to the end of the internship, so the leave period can be added to the end of the internship without changing the date in insurance transactions.
- Transcripts must be sent along with the second internship report for all internships during the summer term. Students attending summer school from any university are required to submit the summer school start and end dates and course schedules with the final internship report.
- Students who take courses in summer school can do internship during the summer school period if they have at least three free days in a week. During the summer school period, internships cannot be done on days when courses or laboratories appear in the curriculum.

In cases where full-time internship will be done on Saturday, the Saturday working documents prepared by the institution/organization officer should be submitted with the internship application forms or sent with the internship follow-up report to be sent first. Otherwise, internships on Saturday will not be accepted.

At the end of the internship, "Student Attendance Chart" (App 3) and "Institution/Organization Student Internship Evaluation Form" (App 4) must be submitted to the department internship commission. / Staj bitiminde "Öğrenci Staj Devam Çizelgesi" (EK 3) ve "Kurum/Kuruluş Öğrenci Staj Değerlendirme Formu" (EK 4) onaylı bir şekilde aşağıdaki yollardan biri ile bölüm staj komisyonuna iletilmelidir.
► After the completion of the internship forms, they can be scanned and sent to the e-mail address eemstaj@eskisehir.edu.tr by the "internship supervisor (or authorized personnel)". Writing "Internship Evaluation Forms" on the e-mail and including student information (such as name or number) will provide easier access to the documents. Forms sent by students to their e-mail address will not be accepted and will be requested to be rearranged.
► In case the end of internship forms are delivered to the student in a closed envelope, the documents must be hand-delivered to the internship committee before the add-drop week of the 2022-2023 Fall Semester.
► Internship end forms can be sent by mail/courier in a sealed envelope by the internship institution/organization. (Post adress: Eskişehir Teknik Üniversitesi İki Eylül Kampüsü Elektrik-Elektronik Mühendisliği Bölümü 26555 ESKİŞEHİR, TÜRKİYE).
It is the student's responsibility to inform the institution/organization and to transmit the documents. If the documents do not reach the department internship commission through one of the ways mentioned above, the internship will not be accepted.

The format of the internship follow-up report has also been published as pdf in order to be checked against format errors that may occur in the word environment. In case the internship follow-up reports do not comply with the relevant format, it is expected that they will be prepared and approved again, or the internship will be deemed unsuccessful, so that the necessary care should be exercised in the format while preparing the reports, the explanations given are read carefully and the directions are followed.
In the internship follow-up reports, information should be given that there are engineering activities that complement the education received in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. It is expected that due care should be exercised while preparing reports, as there may be cases where reports that are incomplete or insufficient in terms of content are re-prepared and approved or the internship is deemed unsuccessful.
In the internships that will start as of 20.06.2022, the 20-work-day internship process will be followed up with two 10-workday reports. After the reports are prepared, they must be approved by the authorized personnel through the follow-up table on the inside cover page and sent by e-mail to eemstaj@eskisehir.edu.tr by the student. Each report must be approved by the internship supervisor (Electrical, Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics-Communications engineer) within "three working days" after the last report day of the relevant report and sent by e-mail by the student. In case of delay in sending the report due to a valid excuse, the relevant situation should be reported to eemstaj@eskisehir.edu.tr during the report submission process. Reports that are not submitted on time without a valid excuse will not be accepted and the student will be deemed unsuccessful in the internship.
Students whose previous internship is considered less than 20 working days and who will do internship for more than 20 working days in order to complete the number of internship days should submit a third report in addition to two reports of 10 working days each.
Students who will graduate at the end of the internship evaluation should indicate this when sending the final internship report. In the absence of any specification, the evaluation process will operate in the normal procedure. Internship evaluations of students who are not graduates will be announced collectively at the end of the add-drop week of the 2022-2023 Fall Semester. An additional period of one month will be allowed to make the necessary changes in the reports found insufficient in this evaluation.
