If you are registered to the ESTÜ129 (BİL) Yabancı Dil Olarak Türkçe I ve ESTÜ130 (EEM) Yabancı Dil Olarak Türkçe II courses and you are not an International Student, then, you must drop out these courses. These courses are for International students.
